Chocolate Ghujiya

The gujiya is stuffed and loaded with chocolate, khoya, mixed nuts and cardamom powder. This chocolicious gujiya recipe was so delicious. RECIPE Prep time: 30 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Total time: 1 hour Serves: 10 ghujiyas INGREDIENTS: 1 cup all purpose flour 2 tbsp butter/ ghee 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Water as required 100 gms khoya or mawa 1/4 cup caster sugar 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 1 cup chocolate( 3/4 cup light chocolate + 1/4 cup dark chocolate) 4 tbsp mixed dryfruits, crushed METHOD: To prepare this chocolate delight, start by taking the dry fruits and crushing them into small pieces. In a small bowl, add t
