Overnight Chia Oats Pudding

Perfect overnight chia oats pudding made with the yummiest ingredients and served chunky or creamy. An easy, healthy breakfast with only 5 minutes of preparation!

RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 dates, deseeded and sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (as per taste)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/3 cup apple, sliced or fruits of your choice. (For garnishing)
  • 2 tbsp almond slices (For garnishing)

METHOD:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
  2. Stir/shake to combine.
  3. Refrigerate it overnight.
  4. Garnish it with almond, dates and chopped apples.
