Overnight Chia Oats Pudding
Perfect overnight chia oats pudding made with the yummiest ingredients and served chunky or creamy. An easy, healthy breakfast with only 5 minutes of preparation!
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 dates, deseeded and sliced
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (as per taste)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/3 cup apple, sliced or fruits of your choice. (For garnishing)
- 2 tbsp almond slices (For garnishing)
METHOD:
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
- Stir/shake to combine.
- Refrigerate it overnight.
- Garnish it with almond, dates and chopped apples.
