Instant bread dhokla

INGREDIENTS:
FOR TEMPERING:
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 Tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (Til)
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 2 green chillies, slit lengthwise & cut into halves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp coriander for garnishing
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
- 6 bread slices
- Coriander-green chilli chatni
- 2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
TEMPERING:
- Heat oil in a small pan or tempering pan.
- Add mustard seeds in a pan.
- When seeds begin to crackle, add sesame seeds, curry leaves & green chillies. Saute them for 10-15 seconds.
- Add 1/2 cup water, astofoetida, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and bring it to boil; let it cook for a minute over high flame.
- Turn off the flame & keep the tempering aside.
- Take bread. Spoon the coriander- green chilli chutney on one side of bread & spread well.
- Place another bread on top. Take mayonnaise & spread well.
- Now, spread some tomato ketchup on third bread & place it upside down.
- Cut the edges off from the bread slices.
- Repeat the same process with other three slices.
- Take the tadka. Add lemon juice in it & mix well.
- Pour onto the bread dhoklas and toss gently until each dhokla is coated well with tempering.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves & fried green chilli.
- Instant bread dhokla is ready to eat.
- Serve this dish with a dip of your choice.
