Pears Lassi
Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt-based drink from the Indian subcontinent. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit. Lassis are enjoyed chilled as a hot-weather refreshment, mostly taken with lunch. This refreshing lassi is made from pears, curd, honey.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 green pear, deseeded
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1.5 cup curd
- 2 tbsp almonds, crushed for garnishing
- 2 tbsp sliced pears for garnishing
- Ice cubes as needed
- In a blender, combine deseeded pears, ginger, honey and blend all the ingredients well.
- Now add yogurt and few ice cubes and blend again.
- Now take 2 glasses, pour the mixture and garnish with almonds and sliced pears.
- Serve chilled!
