Beetroot Milkshake
The beautiful and bright colour of beetroot is hard to miss and so is its distinctive taste.
Here is a yummy and healthy beetroot milkshake. It is said that it helps in increasing your blood circulation too.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 beetroot, boiled, peeled & cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp or as per your taste caster sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 ml milk, frozen
METHOD:
- In a blender, puree the beetroot chunks.
- Add caster sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, milk and blend it well.
- Pour beetroot milkshake in two glasses.
- Serve chilled! Note: If you're taking chilled milk instead of frozen then you can add a scoop of ice-cream on top.
