Rajasthani wheat flour Raab
Raab is a traditional Rajasthani drink which has been an important part of daily diet of people all over Rajasthan from past many centuries.

It is a healthy and nutritious porridge using whole wheat flour or millet flour. It is usually served along with the meals.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups curd
- 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp gram flour/ besan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1.5 cup water
- In a saucepan mix together all the flours. Add curd, water, salt and mix well without any lumps using a balloon whisk or with your finger tips.
- Place the saucepan on the stove and cook over medium flame till comes to a boil.
- Simmer the flame completely and cook for 5 to 7 mins stirring continuously till the raab thickens considerably.
- Stop cooking when it reaches about semi pouring consistency.
- Pour it into the serving glass and sprinkle a pinch of roasted cumin powder.
- Raab/Raabdi will be thickened further upon cooling.
