Banana pancakes with choco dip
Fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and delicately flavored with bananas and vanilla — these are banana pancakes. Kids love eating these pancakes. You can serve these pancakes at breakfast or evening as well.

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup wheat flour
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- 2 ripe bananas + some sliced bananas for garnishing
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ghee + some for greasing pan
- 2 tsp melted chocolate for garnishing
- 1 tsp honey/ maple syrup for garnishing
- 2 tsp almonds for garnishing
- Dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, wheat flour, caster sugar, salt, baking powder, cardamom powder. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Wet ingredients: Peel the bananas and chop finely. Mash the bananas properly. Now add milk, vanilla extract in it and mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients together. Stir the mixture in folding method until smooth.
- Add ghee in the batter and mix well.
- The mixture should be of pouring consistency.
- Keep aside the batter for 15 minutes.
- Now, preheat a non stick pan. Spread some ghee to grease it.
- We need medium hot pan for making pancakes.
- Pour batter on the pan according to you desired size.
- Keep the flame medium and pour some ghee all around the pancakes.
- Roast the pancakes from both sides until it gets slightly golden brown.
- Similarly, prepare rest of the pancakes as well.
- Add melted chocolate, honey, banana and almonds to your pancake stack.
- Mount drooling pancakes are ready to eat.
