Lychee Lime Mojito (Non alcoholic)
I guess due to summer and this unpredictable weather, something cool and refreshing drinks attract us more as it calms down our thirst.
It's a combination of sweetness, citrus, and mint flavors is intended to complement the soda.
RECIPE

Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 10-12 lychees
- 2 tbsp mint leaves/pudina + some for garnishing
- 1 lemon, squeeze the juice
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 6 ice cubes, crushed
- 1 cup drinking soda water
METHOD:
- Peel the lychees and deseed them.
- Take a large glass, add 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, caster sugar, lychees and lemon juice. Muddle together until all of the juice is squeezed out of the lychees and the oils have released from the mint.
- Now take 2 glasses, pour the mixture and fill it with crushed ice.
- Pour 1/2 cup drinking soda water in each glass and mix well.
- Lychee lime mojito is ready to drink. Garnish with a slice of a lemon and a small sprig of mint leaves.
Note:
You can also use sprite instead of sugar and soda, depends on the availability at home.
