Garlic knots
Garlic knots are a type of garlic bread. These easy garlic knots are strips of pizza dough tied in a knot, baked and then topped with melted butter, garlic and coriander. It is so easy to make. It smells amazingly hoppy!

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp instant dry yeast
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water + additional
- 2 tbsp olive oil + additional
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- Proof yeast. In a bowl take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix. Keep this mixture aside for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.
- For the dough, mix together yeast mixture, flour, salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, coriander, chopped garlic, water as required and mix together.
- Knead the dough for about 7-10 minutes until the dough is springy.
- Grease a large bowl with olive oil, place the dough in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap or kitchen napkin, and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
- Gently punch the dough with fist to release down the air and knead it again.
- Tear the dough into 9 separate balls and then roll into long tubes, folding over to make a knot.
- Place the knots on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the garlic butter by mixing the butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Coat the knots with the butter mixture.
- Yummy garlic knots are ready to eat. You can serve it with the dip of your choice.
