Aam panna/ Tangy mango drink

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 raw mangoes
- 4 tbsp mint leaves/pudina
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin pwoder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp common salt
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- Water as required
- Ice cubes
- In a pressure cooker, add the mangoes and water to it.
- Cover the lid and pressure cook them for 5-6 whistles.
- Remove the steam and cool down the cooked mangoes completely.
- Peel the skin of the mangoes and extract the pulp out of it.
- In a mixer/grinder, add the pulp, 3 tbsp mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice.
- Blend to smooth paste without adding any water.
- Now add cumin powder, black pepper powder, common salt and black salt.
- Mix well making sure everything is well combined. Aam panna concentrate is ready.
- To serve in a medium glass, take a tbsp of aam panna concentrate and add few ice cubes.
- Pour in chilled water and mix well.
- Garnish it with fresh mint leaves and serve it with boondi.
